Aaliyah Griffin


Aaliyah Griffin spent her career solving a problem most organizations don't even know they have: they are sitting on more insight than they even realize, with no clear way to act on it. 

Aaliyah's technical and real-world experience is grounded in cutting edge educational training. She holds and MBA in Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Appalachian State University, a foundation that shares how she approaches every engagement: rigorous, strategic, and always grounded in what actually moves the needle. 

As a Sales and Revenue Operations leader in SaaS and life sciences, Aaliyah has since built the systems that executive teams trust to make high-stakes decisions, including forecasting models presented at the board level, compensation strategies that align incentives with real growth, and reporting frameworks that turn scattered data into a clear strategic narrative. She doesn't just build dashboards. She builds clarity. 


What sets Aaliyah apart is her ability to move fluidly between the technical and the strategic. She can get into the weeds of a data model one moment and walk into an executive meeting the next translating complexity into a story that leadership can act on with confidence. She has spent years partnering across sales, finance, and operations to solve problems that don't respect department lines, which means she knows how to build solutions that actually stick.
